| Spanish | Cuartelado. 1º, la Cruz de la Orden Militar de Santiago en campo de sable (negro), por haberse fundado esta villa perteneciendo a la indicada orden. 2º, lleva un castillo de plata en campo de sinople (verde), por el castillo que existió en otros tiempos en la localidad. 3º, lleva la corona real abierta, del emperador don Carlos, y ser símbolo del anterior escudo. 4º, situado en el lado siniestro inferior, lleva dos Manos estrechadas en actitud de saludo y amistad, y un bastón de mando y una espada cruzados, en campo de azur (azul), símbolos y figuras que representan la autoridad civil y militar y que también pertenecía al anterior escudo. |
