Van zilver met een ruitvormige gesp - de tong faaswijs geplaatst en in het midden gebroken, - van keel, het schild getopt met een hoed van Brabantse baron.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on May 1st, 1952.

The arms are derived from the arms of the family Van Wissenkerke (see also Wissenkerke in the Netherlands). The family acquired the estate in 1616 and owned the village for a long time.
