Origin/meaning

The Shield bears the arms of Lieutenant D. Antonio Ortiz de Zarate y Sanchez de Morellán. Killed in Action at T'zelata de Esbuia, Ifni (then a Spanish Enclave on the Atlantic Coast of Morocco) in 1957.
