Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat în șef de trei brâuri undate, primul și cel de al treilea de argint, cel de la mijloc albastru. În șef, în câmp roșu, sunt înscrise trei stele de aur cu câte șase raze. Partea inferioară, despicată, are: - în dreapta, în câmp de argint, o jumătate de vioară roșie, cu gâtul și corzile negre, ieșind spre dreapta; - în stânga, în câmp albastru, o jumătate de brad argintiu, ieșind spre stânga. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu cinci turnuri crenelate.

The arms were officially granted on November 23, 2016.

The star is the element taken from the old coat of arms of the locality.

The silver wavy bars represent the Mureș and Gurghiu rivers.

The violin is reminiscent of the reputation of the town known as the city of violins, thanks to the factories of musical instruments and the world-famous famous luthiers.

The fir tree represents the forest wealth of the area and the wood processing industry.

The mural crown with five crenellated towers means that the locality has the rank of municipality.
