Arms: Azure, on a hill the Royal Exchange, both proper, the last adorned with gold, in cheif two shipps under sail, the hull Or, masts sails and rigging proper, the sinister ship riding at anchor with the sails furl'd emblazoned as before.
Crest: On a wreath of the colours, A demy angell proper cloathed with a crimson garment girdled of the same wings displayed Or, in his right hand the sun, in his left a crescent and crowned with a ducal coronet, the North Starr issuing out of it Or.
Supporters: On the dexter side a Neptune proper crown'd with an Eastern crown gold, a mantle carelessly flung over his body purpure, in his right hand a trident erect Or staff purpure, on the sinister a seaman proper, shirt chequered, vestment below blew lined, britches and stockings white, shoes black buckled silver, cap on his head blew turned up white, holding with his left hand an anchor gold cabled proper.
