En campo de púrpura, castillo de oro almenado, mazonado de sable (negro) y aclarado de lo mismo; brochante cadena de plata puesta en barra, pasante en aspa espada de lo mismo.

Origin/meaning

The Castle symbolises the connection to the Brigade "Guzmán el Bueno" X. The Sword indicates St King Fernando, Patron of the Engineers. The Chain symbolises the mechanizated character of the Battalion. The Coat of Arms was approved on 5 Juni 2009.
