Portuguese Escudo de negro, com uma torre torreada de prata, aberta e iluminada de vermelho, acompanhada por duas espigas de trigo de prata. Em chefe, um cruz de Malta do mesmo metal. Em contra-chefe, três faixas ondadas, duas de prata e uma de azul. Coroa mural e quatro torres de prata. Listel branco, com a legenda : " CONCELHO DE SERNANCELHE ", a negro.
