I fält av silver en av vågskuror bildad blå högersparre, i vinkeln åtföljd av en svart skans med fem uddar, varav en högervänd.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on January 16, 1959.

The arms show the former fortress at Järpen, situated between the Järpströmmen and Undersåkersalv rivers.
