French De gueules à deux ensembles d'immeubles d'argent, ajourés de sable, mouvant des flancs, chacun composé de trois pièces de hauteur décroissantes en bande à dextre et en barre à senestre, lesdits ensembles reliés par un pont métallique d'argent, posés sur une rivière d'azur mouvant de la pointe et chargée de cinq trangles ondées d'argent, et surmontés, celui de dextre de deux léopards d'or l'un au-dessus de l'autre et celui de senestre de trois flèches hautes d'or passées en sautoir et pal.
