I blå sköld en genomgående trappgavel av silver, belagd med ett blått möllejärn och nedan åtföljt av tre sillar av silver, ordnade två och en.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted in 1975.

The Gable symbolises the Building tradition of the Area. The Mill Iron symbolises Agriculture. The Herrings symbolises the important Herring Fisheries of old times. The Arms was designed by Christer Bökwall.
