  • (ua) Червоний щит поділений золотим косим хрестом із чотирьох вигнутих крил вітряка, між якими срібні вогні. Щит вписаний в золотий декоративний картуш і увінчаний золотою сільською короною. Унизу картуша напис "ВИХИЛІВКА".

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on October 20, 2021.

The curves of the windmill's wings are a stylization of the name of the village, at the same time a symbol of many windmills that existed in the village. The silver lights are a symbol of numerous forges.
