Coat of arms (crest) of Worshipful Company of Coopers

Official blazon

Amrs : Gyronny of eight gules and sable, on a chevron between three annulets Or a royne between two broad axes azure; a chief vert, thereon three lilies argent.
Crest: On a wreath Or and azure, a demi heathcock, the body azure semee of annulets gold, the wings argent semee of annulets sable, holding in the beak a lily silver slipped and leaved vert. Mantled azure, doubled argent.
Supporters: On either side a camel gules semee of annulets, bridled Or.
Motto: Love as brethren. |}

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on 27 September 1509. Supporters granted 1574, the whole re-exemplified 20 February 1909.
