В червлёном поле золотое, повышенное внизу и отвлечённое вверху, стропило, обременённое чёрной нитью выложенной сообразно стропилу в форме крепостных зубцов, сопровождаемое десятью серебряными шарами, от каждого из которых исходят по четыре прямых луча: шестью вверху (четыре и два), четырьмя внизу (один, два и один).
