Description: On a red rectangular shaped embroidered device arced at top and bottom and edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) blue border, 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in height and 2 1/2 inches (6.35 cm) in width, charged with a Viking Warrior, yellow mustache, hair and beard, with white horned blue helmet and white face detailed blue. Attached to the bottom of the rectangle, a red scroll inscribed “MONROE” in white letters.

Description: A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height surmounted on a sail Azure, a demi-Viking helmed base metal, horns of the helmet Gules, holding a sword in dexter hand point up blade of the last, and a shield in sinister quartered one and four Argent and two and three Red crossed of the first. Overall in base a Blue tri-parted scroll, inscribed “JAMES MONROE” on top two scrolls and “HIGH SCHOOL” on the bottom scroll in base metal letters.
