Blason de Hestroff

Official blazon

  • (fr) De gueules à l'agneau d'argent surmonté de trois coquilles du même rangées en chef.

Origin/meaning

The arms were adopted on December 14, 1948.

The arms show an Agnus Dei for the local patron saint, St. John Baptist. The scallops are taken from the arms of the Sierck estate, to which the area historically belonged.
