В лазоревом поле на узкой, тонко окаймленной серебром, оконечности в цвет поля – три зеленые сопки: две выходящие по сторонам и смыкающиеся впереди, между которыми поверх возникающей за ними третьей - серебряная, подобная колонне неправильной формы, скала. Справа вверху все сопровождено золотым выходящим солнцем, имеющим веерообразные пучки лучей с просветами между ними.
