LA GRESLE

Département: Loire

Blason de La Gresle/Coat of arms (crest) of {{PAGENAME
Official blazon
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The partition line refers to the hilly landscape of the municipality. The holly is a canting element, La Gresle comes from Agroledas which means a place planted with holly. The six-pointed star indicates the pilgrimage to the Virgin in the local church, very well known in the region.
