Official blazon

Azure, issuing from sinister base a demi sphere bendwise vert gridlined and rimmed or edged with a stylized cloud formation argent surmounted by a ligthning flash originating in base and extending to chief in bend of the last voided gules and charged in base with an oval of the first bearing a mullet argent, all within a diminished brodure of the like.


Origin/meaning

The Emblem was approved 28 July 1970.
