Established: 1884
Official blazon
Argent, on a cross gules, a triply bound sheaf of five arrows encircling a staff ensigned by a lily, all of the field.
Origin/meaning
The red cross on argent represent the Christian Faith. The bundle of five arrows is taken from the seal of the ´Colony New Hampshire´ adopted in 1776. The five arrows denote that the five counties bound together in a strong union.
