Or , a latin cross couped gules debruised in base by a hammer and axe in saltire, also gules.
Origin/meaning
The Blazon is from Armoria Sedium, the Seal shown in Heraldry in the Episcopal Church however has a pipe and a broken tomahawk in saltire instead.
