D'azur à trois annelets d'or; à la champagne cousue de gueules, chargée de la croix de la Légion d'Honneur au naturel.
Origin/meaning
I have no information on the meaning or origin of these arms, except that the lower half shows the medal of the Légion d'Honneur (Honour Legion), a high French decoration, only awarded to less than 100 towns and cities. Any additional information is welcome !
