В зеленом поле лазоревая капля, обремененная тремя серебряными желудями на одной ветке, окаймленная золотом и серебром, от которой в обе стороны отходят две противонаправленные серебряные мужские главы с волосами и бородами из дубовых листьев. В вольной части - законодательно установленная символика Чувашской Республики.
