Description: A green circular device edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) yellow border, the overall diameter 3 inches (7.62 cm), on which issuing from base is a yellow demi-torch enflamed surmounted by a white rocket ascending vertically with red vapor trail extending to base with a pattern of white smoke, the entire within an arced inscription “REYNOLDS” arced on the viewer’s left and “ROCKETS” arced on the viewer’s right, all in yellow letters 5/16 inch (.79 cm) in height.

Description: A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall, consisting of a shield divided per chevron reversed green and gold, in chief a gold winged torch enflamed red above in base a green balance scale; attached below the shield a green scroll inscribed “REYNOLDS” in gold letters.
