Département : Loiret

Blason de Coulmiers/Arms (crest) of Coulmiers
Official blazon
French D'azur à la fasce nébulée d'argent, surmontée d'une colombe essorante du même et soutenue d'une couronne de laurier ouverte d'or.
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted on January 26, 2001.

The bar nebuly is taken from the arms of the Rochechouart family, former lords of the village. The pigeon (colombe) is a canting element. The laurel wreath refers to the victory of the French on the Prussions in the area on November 9, 1870.
