MARKT HERRNSHEIM
State : Bayern
District (Kreis) : Kitzingen
Incorporated into : 1978 Willanzheim
Official blazon
Origin/meaning
The arms were granted in 1952 and are based on the seal of the town from 1583. The arms were already adopted in 1818, but abolished again in 1820. In 1836 the arms were again granted, but the municipality never used the arms.
The arms show the local castle and St. John Baptist, the local patron saint.
