В лазоревом поле с золотой усеченной главой, обремененной червленым пламенем о пяти языках, поверх которых накрест серебряные мечи с червлеными рукоятями острием вверх, две серебряные нагайки, концами рукоятий соединенных стропилообразно с расходящимися по сторонам хлыстами, кольцеобразно переплетающие две золотые еловые изогнутые ветки в столбы и соединенные между собой отростками по середине, сопровождаемые внизу между ветвей серебряной рыбой-карасём.Щит увенчан муниципальной короной установленного образца.
