Origin/meaning

The arms of Desvres show a castle surrounded by three fleur-de-lys and a gonfanon (banner). The origin of these arms is not known, but probably are derived from the arms of the former Lords of the Estate of Desvres. The arms are known since 1880, but maybe older in origin.
