FLEISHEIM

Département: Moselle

Blason de Fleisheim
Official blazon
French D'azur au gril d'or, la poignée en haut, accompagné de trois abeilles du même.
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The three bees are a canting symbol, as Fleissig is German for diligence or hard work, which is symbolised by the bees. The grill is the symbol of St. Lawrence, the local patron saint.
