V zelenom štíte strieborný anjel s prstencovým, hore hviezdou prekrytým nimbom, so zlatými krídlami, v ľavici pred sebou so strieborným mečom so zlatou rukoväťou, pravicou držiaci na čiernej reťazi pod ním ležiaceho strieborného čerta.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially registered on March 18, 2005.

The arms show the Archangel St. Michael with a devil. The symbolism is taken from the oldest known seal of the village, dating from 1732. Normally the Archangel is seen slaying a dragon, a devil is less common.
