Shield: Per chevron enhanced Azure (Light blue) and Gules, on achevron embattled counter-embattled Or a stylized turret Sable charged with a cross pommé of the field, in base and abovea fountain a sword point down and key with ward to base saltirewise of the third.
Crest: That for the regiments and separate battalions of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard: On a wreath of the colors Or and Azure (Light Blue), upon a closed book Gules with pages edged Or a pashchal lamb couchant with staff and banner of San Juan (Gules a Cross Argent) all Proper.
Motto: Service Water Pride.

Distinctive Unit Insignia, Description: A Gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Per chevron enhanced Azure (Light blue) and Gules, on achevron embattled counter-embattled Or a stylized turret Sable charged with a cross pommé of the field, in base and abovea fountain a sword point down and key with ward to base saltirewise of the third. Attached below and around the the sides of the shield a black tripartite scroll doubled and inscribed "SERVICE WATER PRIDE".
