English | blazon wanted |
Origin/meaning
The arms combine elements of the arms of two of the historically ruling families over the village. The chief is taken from the arms of the Lallier du Fayet family, lords of the village in the early and middle of the 17th century. The lower half is loosely based on the arms of the De Sons (also De Moy de Sons) family, lords in the 18th century.
