Origin/meaning
The arms were officially adopted on January 30, 2015.
The white Y represents the two branches of the Cisse that flow into the Loire in the municipality. The water mill wheel refers to the former water mills in the area. The tree refers to the local forests. The crosier is the symbol for the former La Guiche abbey in the municipality.
