History a Frigate in service 1979-1994. Sold to Greece and still in service with the Hellenic Navy as Adrias.

In keel drie zespuntige sterren van zilver, de erste bedekt door een vrijkwartier van sabel, beladen met een zespuntige ster van gound.
Origin/meaning
The badge is based on the arms of the Namegiver Gerard van Callenburgh (1642-7122), Admiral of Holland and West Friesland, who was engaged as a Flag Officer in successful joint Anglo-Dutch Operations. The badge was approved on 1 May 1975.
