Origin/meaning
The arms were officially adopted on November 10, 2023.
The wavy bends refer to the Aude river. The anvil and hammers are a symbol for the former iron works in the region.
The acorn symbolises the forests in the municipality and the two crossed keys are the symbol of St. Peter, the patron saint of the local church.
