Official blazon

Von einem blauen Wellenbalken geteilt, auf Silber nebeneinander 2 grüne Eichenzweige mit 3 Blättern und 1 Eichel und auf Gold ein räderloser schwarzer Pflug.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on March 30, 2010.

The oak leaf refers to the local forests and forestry, the plough to the agricultural character of the municipality. The blue bar refers to the Priebowsche Wedde bay on which the municipality is situated.
