Origin/meaning :
The arms were adopted in 1906.

The arms are a combination of the rulrs of the Klettgau region in which the village is situated, The red points are taken from the arms of the Counts of Sulz, who ruled the area until the late 17th century.

The blue pales are taken from the arms of the Princes of Schwarzenberg, who acquired the Klettgau from the COunts of Sulz and rule duntil 1803.
