Shield: Crimson, a diminished saltire couped between in pale an atom symbol and a fleur-de-lis, and in fess a lightning flash and a double-end wrench palewise Or.

Distictive Unit Insignia, Description: A Gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consting of a shield blazoned:Crimson, a diminished saltire couped between in pale an atom symbol and a fleur-de-lis, and n fess a lightning flash and a double-end wrench palewise Or.
Origin/meaning
Crimson and yellow are the colours of the Ordnance Corps. The saltire alludes to the Roman Numeral X = 10, and thus to the Battalion's number. The atom symbol, wrench and electric bolts , indicate the Battalion's mechanical, nuclear and electrical support mission. The fleur-de-lis symbolizes the unit's European World War II Campaign honours. The Coat of Arms and Distinctive Unit Insignia was approved on 9 November 1954.
