Distinctive Unit Insignia Description: A silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height consisting of a shield blazoned as follows: Argent, two lightning bolts saltirewise Tenne between four radiating pheons Sable, overall a hurt grid lined of the first; on a chief wavy of the second a fleur-de-lis Argent. Attached around the base of the shield an Orange Scroll doubled and inscribed "READY ANYWHERE ANYTIME" in silver letters.
