English Shoulder Sleeve Insignia. Description: On a gray disc with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) blue border, three inches (7.62 cm) in diameter overall, a blue silhouetted Indian’s head detailed gray and garnished red issuing from base below the inscription “Augsburg” in blue letters 5/16 inch (.79 cm) in height.

Origin/meaning

Blue and gray are the school’s colors. The Indian warrior is the school mascot and represents strength, courage and wisdom. The shoulder sleeve insignia was approved on 20 November 1984.
