Czech V modrém štítu na zelené hůrce se zlatou vlnitou patou stříbrné průčelí kostela s věží uprostřed a s červenou střechou. Do věže jsou prolomeny dveře a pět oken (tři a dvě), vše černé. V obou horních rozích štítu je zlatá březová snítka se třemi lístky a dvěma jehnědami.
