Official blazon
German In Rot ein goldenes Hufeisen.
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The horseshoe appears for the first time as a symbol of Eutingen on borderstones in the 16th century. It is likely a local symbol, but it has been explained as the initial of the alleged founder of the village, a certain Uto. The horseshoe also appears on the oldest seal of the village, which is known since 1659. All later seals an images show the same composition.

In 1900 the arms were officially adopted in the colours of Baden.
