Gules; a bend wavy argent charged with two like cotises azure, debruised with a cross of the second charged with a penguin erect proper. / De gueules, à la bande ondée d'argent chargée de deux cotices semblables d'azur, brochant per une croix du second chargée d'un pingouing dressé au naturel.

Origin/meaning

The Cross is from the arms of the Newfoundland, where the River Terra Nova flows. The Penguin alludes to an Earlier Terra Nova which was a Whalers which was either associated with of Caommanded by Captain Robert Falcon Scott, CVO, DSC, RN, of the South Pole Fame. The Motto traslates as "Steadfast to pursue the aims or Do not falter".
