Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on September 3, 1963, but were used since 1899.
The oldest seal of the village dates from 1676 and shows a crescent with plough-iron and grape-knife. The meaning of the crescent is not known, the other symbols indicate agriculture and viticulture.
A 19th century seal shows the above composition, which was formally adopted in 1899. However, the colours were not properly defined, which was corrected in 1963.
