In fron of a sword azure decorated Or hilted gules erect in its scabbard supporting on its point a cap of maintenance gules doubled ermine and embattled bridge of one arch Or.
Motto: Multos sustinare.
Origin/meaning
The Sword and Cap of Maintenance is from the arms of the nearby City of Gloucester. The Bridge symbolises the parenting role for a varitey of Units. The badge was approved in November 1976.
