Mustan kentän tyvessä aaltokoroinen kultahirsi, jonka yläpuolella kultainen, punanork­ koinen ja -silmuinen leppä.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on June 14, 1950.

The arms are canting, the name means alder-stream, which is symbolised by an alder tree and a wavy bar.
