Sinisessä kentässä yläreunaltaan kuusikoroinen ja alareunaltaan aaltokoroinen hirsi, jonka yläpuolella kruunu; kaikki kultaa.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on August 9, 1954.
The bar is a canting element, harju means ridge, which is shown here with water in the base and a dense forest on the top. Together it also refers to the rich nature in the municipality. The crown refers to the former crown forest.
