Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro : “ VILAR DE TORNO E ALENTÉM “.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on January 12, 2000.
The arms show a tower, which is the ruin of a former Moorish castle and a landmark in the village. The chief shows the main local crops, corn and a bunch of grapes. The base shows the Sousa river.
