ROSCOFF

Département : Finistère

Armoiries de Roscoff

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms symbolise that the town is an harbour in Brétagne, hence the ship in the ermine of Brétagne, as well as the chief of Brétagne. The motto of the arms is 'A re, a skei atao'. It's meaning I don't know.
