Escudo de azul, três pares de paulitos de prata, cada par com os paulitos passados em aspa e cada um atado de ouro, tudo alinhado em faixa, entre uma mitra episcopal de ouro, em chefe e uma campanha ondada de cinco burelas de prata e azul. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ FREGUESIA DE MIRANDA DO DOURO “.
