I have no information on the meaning or origin of these arms. Any information is welcome.
The arms are based on the arms of the Lords of Daillens, which became extinct in the beginning of the seventeenth century. Their arms can be seen in a glass window in the local chapel and were adopted by the municipality in 1921.
